I am certified in trauma cognitive behavioral therapy (C-TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and neuropsychotherapy. I enjoy helping clients understand their symptoms and work toward a healthy quality of life. My training and experience are best suited for those experiencing anxiety, trauma/
PTSD, relationship and family issues, motivation, self-esteem, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
