Hi, I am a licensed marital and family therapist. I help my clients by empowering them to become in charge of their lives. My role is to help guide you to your ideal future. I believe YOU are the expert of your life and YOU are the only one who can create your ideal change. We all go through times when life's challenges seem to get the best of us. However, WE will find your path and get you back on track. I provide a safe place for you to come and be as you are. You do not have to live in this vicious, emotionally exhausting cycle any longer.

In my practice, I use Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). I am also a TBRI practitioner.
