About

I am a licensed clinical social worker that has been practicing for the past 5 years. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults and senior citizens. My clients have had a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma related disorders, relationship issues, parenting challenges, mood disorders, personality disorders and psychotic disorders. Many of my clients have struggled with both a mental health diagnosis as well as a substance use disorder. I also have experience with individuals who struggle with criminal thinking and may have been incarcerated at one point in their life or are currently on probation.

As a therapist, I consider myself empathetic and compassionate. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I always aim to see the best in my clients and utilize their strengths. My clients often say I am trustworthy, and “real” not just a person behind a clipboard. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered and psychodynamic. I tailor my approach to each client and what works best for them.
