Hello and Welcome,

Life is full of challenges. Sometimes we have the tools to manage our stress but sometimes we find that we need some support and guidance to help us get through the rough times. You don't have to go through these times alone. If you are experiencing a major life transition or just feel like things have become too difficult to manage on your own, reaching out for help is a wonderful first step toward getting your life to where you want it to be.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience working with individuals and families who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship issues, divorce and separation and narcissistic abuse. I like to meet my clients where they are and establish a non-judgmental relationship that focuses on unconditional support and empowerment. I utilize different therapeutic modalities based on what the needs of my client are. I am very client-centered and feel it is very important to view the individual in a holistic way, taking into account the client's environment and how it has an effect on their well-being.
