I am licensed in Virginia with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, bipolar disorder, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I work from a holistic, strengths and attachment based viewpoint. Depending on your goals or personality, we may take a direct approach to treatment. I might join you in a challenge to step outside of your comfort zone so that you can begin to gain confidence and experience a more fulfilling chapter in your life. In other cases, we may take things slow and my role will be to create a safe space for you to process emotions, thoughts, or concerns that you may not be ready to share with the outside world.
