Everyone comes to therapy for different reasons. Whether it's an issue that has made a sudden appearance or something that has continued to pop up, my goal is to support you in whatever you may be facing. We'll find ways that can help you manage your distress in the present and we'll also explore how and when these challenges may have started.
I was raised in North Carolina and left the clouds of Seattle to enjoy the sun in Denver. While I've only been here for a little over a year, I have more than five years of experience providing mental health services to individuals of all ages and families. I work with a variety of issues that include trauma, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflicts. Modalities I use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I enjoy this work because I love getting to know people and seeing them do things they thought they couldn't. I look forward to working with you!
