Hello there! I'm Shannon, and I am a licensed therapist in Massachusetts and Florida. My clinical focus has been with children, families and couples as well as individual adults. I have over 10 years experience within the field- and I truly LOVE what I do!

My outlook on counseling is: you made the first step in reaching out for support, and that is one of the hardest steps! Let's work together to talk through what you are feeling and identify ways that you can begin to feel better! Therapy does not always feel 'easy' but you are not alone in the process.

I do feel that the therapeutic process is meant to be interactive, and I do like to explore additional modalities of tools and supports that are available to you. (Creative tools, movement / exercise, breathing, mindfulness, etc.). However, I believe that YOU are the center of therapy, and what your preferences are, is what sessions will be tailored for!
