I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who received my master’s degree at the University of New Hampshire. I have a variety of experience including internships working in varies high school counseling centers with students experiencing depression, adjustment disorders, bullying and body image. Most recently I have been a lead therapist at Lakes Region Mental Health Center working with multiple populations of people who experience mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma and women’s issues. I like to use diverse modalities in the treatment including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy. I first like to meets her clients to get a full understanding of what they need then will tailor what treatment is best for the client. I believe that building good rapport between therapist and client is important to any treatment and strives to nurture that relationship during the time of care.
