With over 20 years of professional work experience, I am licensed in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. I specialize in assisting clients dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and parenting challenges. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in areas such as Domestic Violence, Emergency Departments, Community Service Agencies, In-Home Therapy, and Child Welfare.

In addition to being a licensed therapist, I am also a certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and incorporate various techniques like breathing exercises, movement, essential oils, crystals, affirmations, and affirmation cards into my practice. My goal is to empower you as the expert of your own story, highlighting your strengths to help you overcome any obstacles you may face.
