I am licensed in California with ten years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. You are the expert on your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

My prior research is on Postpartum depression, women's issues as well as sexual trauma, and victims of trafficking.

I have a particular interest in those with personality disorders. I like to use various techniques in therapy; I use humor and a conversation style. I am happy to incorporate preferred interventions and collaborate with you on how your therapy journey will go for you.
