I believe that therapy can help people in different ways depending on where they are in their lives and what they need at the time. Therapy can be general support through a life issue or it can be a deeper process in understanding the connection between past and present stress. In my practice, my main goal is to understand. When we as people feel heard and understood, connection to self and others becomes less stressful.
My therapeutic style is eclectic and based on the persons needs.
