Hello and welcome! I'm Shannon and I am so happy that you stopped here. Life in itself can seem very complex, overwhelming at times, difficult to focus and concentrate on certain tasks, and have many other obstacles stand in the way of accomplishing various goals or challenges feelings. Despite what life may bring, it does not mean that you have to face it alone or without proper tools to cope with the stressors that life may bring. I can and want to be apart of that support or that aid to help navigate this thing we all call life. I help those who feel like they cannot catch a break from life and not knowing the next step in the process. I work towards helping my client's feel safe and comfortable when addressing their need, and utilizing evidence-based techniques to address the issue(s) at hand. I do not see people for their issues, but as their entire person, to possibly address the issues that are hindering them at the moment.
