I'm a pretty hands on therapist, meaning I don't let you do all the talking or feel alone in session to guess what you need to do to heal or work through things. I offer guidance and different perspectives and am very easy to talk with! I love to help and I love what I do and to be honest, I have dealt with so many hardships in life which makes it easy to feel you're not alone when you're with me!
