Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 10 years of clinical experience helping clients to build coping skills to handle stress and find meaningful connections with others. With that overall goal, I have treated individuals and families struggling with depression, anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, relationship problems, and post-traumatic stress. I believe that every client I work with is in the driver's seat of therapy. You decide where we are going and how fast we go. My role is a navigator in the passenger seat.
