I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, and challenges associated with life transitions. I also work closely with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. I enjoy helping others find compassion and acceptance for themselves. This is the foundation of positive change. If you find yourself consumed with worry and stress, difficulty being present, or need support while you are navigating a challenging life transition my practice may be a good fit. I have more than a decade of experience as a therapist and I am passionate about helping my clients make meaningful changes in their lives. I use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to support my clients. I believe you are the expert on you and I strive to meet you where you are to support your individual needs and goals. I am here to support you in your journey to better understand your experience and get unstuck from the worries, racing thoughts, or specific fears that make it difficult for you to live the life you want. I will support you in identifying your personal values and taking action toward freeing yourself from stress and worry and becoming who you are.
