Are you ready to break from the chains of past behavior patterns and run into a new, happier self? Hi there, I am Shannon. I am a LMFT in the states of Colorado, Texas and Washington. I have worked with individuals struggling with different mental health concerns and/or addiction. I work with couples to help each gain more connection and communication. I work from a systemic lens which allows for all voices to be heard. I am client focused and collaborative allowing the client to share their expertise in their own as I share my expertise in theory and interventions.
