Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I’ve been in practice since 2001. My experience has been in schools, agencies, and in private practice working with all ages. It is an honor to help individuals on their journey to learn coping skills for anxiety, depression, navigate unexpected changes or transitions, as well as, process many types of grief. I am a Christian and can use a faith based approach if that is your preference. My main purpose is to help you navigate the journey that is unique to you.
