Hi there, my name is Shannon and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been working in private practice for three years. In order help client's meet therapeutic goals, I incorporate the evidenced-based modalities of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solutions Focused Therapy into practice.
