Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Originally from the state of New York, I moved to California in the summer of 2019. I've had the opportunity to work with people from all different backgrounds who are struggling with a wide variety of challenges through individual, family, and group therapy. Much of my experience has been working in outpatient clinics with people who are affected by anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, or may just be seeking some extra support and guidance. I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all, which is why I use a person-centered approach. I am open-minded and curious in trying to understand your personal experience. We will work collaboratively to discover strategies and solutions that work best for you. I look forward to helping you become the best version of you!
