I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Justin Richards, LPC-S. I received my license July 2022. I hold a Masters in Professional Counseling. I have over 15+ years of experience working with children and families. I bring different experiences, ranging from Child Protective Services, Mental Health and IDD, and local school districts. Currently, I hold the position of School Counselor for kinder through eight grade. My therapeutic approach to counseling is eclectic, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I believe there is no one fit all approach when working with individuals, couples, groups, and families. I meet people where they are and start from there. When individuals experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. I have a thriving interest in helping people find their passion in life, be emotionally healthy, and learn to live a life they always dreamed.
