Hi there, I'm Shannon. Do you feel overwhelmed by all that life has thrown at you? Are you struggling to manage your emotions, relationships, work, and health? Do you struggle with saying no and making yourself a priority? Are you in a relationship where communication is a challenge or perhaps there has been a breach in trust? I help high-functioning women manage depression, anxiety, grief, and process trauma. I also help couples learn healthy communication, rekindle intimacy and overcome infidelity or other breaks in trust. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to feeling balanced and fulfilled. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
