Hi, my name is Shannalei Henry, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I obtained my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Adelphi University in Long Island, NY in 2014 and my Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College in New York in 2015.

My professional experience includes working with children, youth, families, and adults.
I am passionate about working with those in their late high school years to mid 30s; specializing in areas of self esteem and self worth, transitioning/adjustment in life stages, depression, anxiety, boundaries, trauma and relationships just to name a few. Understanding that factors like culture and race, upbringing and our surroundings play a huge role in shaping our thoughts and actions.

I use integrative methods that allow services to be tailored to each client according to their individual needs.
I want you to know that you do not have to walk alone through your journey. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a partnership, and we will work on your identified goals collaboratively. 

I am also a bilingual therapist who speaks Spanish fluently.
