I offer phone and video sessions through a secure portal for clients who are distancing or quarantined. I want to help you in your journey to discovering your strengths and help you through moments that have challenged you in the past and present, to create a better future. My approach to therapy is client-centered. I will meet you where you are at and support you in achieving your goals. I have a lot of experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, survivors of domestic violence, autism, and borderline personality disorders.
