Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Denver with a clinical specialization in families and trauma. I have received training from the BECK Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy regarding anxiety and depression, as well as the MIND Institute on Mindfulness-based treatment. I have over 12 years of experience as a clinical social worker, with experience in the areas of research, child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, and domestic and international school systems. I have counseled individually and in groups regarding life challenges such as grief and loss, transitions, anxiety, depression, divorce, parenting, emotional regulation, social and interpersonal relationships, family crisis, abuse/neglect, and spiritual issues.

I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention, and mindfulness based stress reduction. I am passionate about emotional well-being and aspire to create a climate of empathy, creativity, and understanding in sessions.
