About

I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Delaware with over 15 years of experience combined working as a mental health professional counselor and licensed psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, blended family and parenting concerns, generational trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is inviting, engaging, and reflectively interactive. I believe in treating all individuals with sincerity, authenticity, and genuine unconditional positive regard. I do not believe in using stigmatizing labels and I do my very best to communicate when I am feeling open to a person's energy and light during a session as this may sometimes occur due to my Empath abilities. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, attachment based therapies, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and energy healing interventions. In order for you to reach the goals that you identify for yourself, I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. The treatment plan is a working form that allows me to share with you your progress while in treatment. It helps for you to see your own efforts pay off in treatment for all of the courageous work you are doing.

It takes a brave and willing heart to seek a more fulfilling and happier life that can lead towards making long lasting life changes.
