We all encounter different challenges and stressors throughout the course of our lives. Sometimes those challenges and stressors can be overwhelming and exhausting to tackle solo. I believe that sometimes we aren’t sure what we even need but are certain that something needs to or could be different in our life. I naturally work from a strengths-based and client-centered perspective and feel that collaboration and rapport are key components in the therapeutic process. My goal is to help you heal and flourish in your life. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach that is empathetic and non-judgmental and helps my clients to feel both supported and encouraged in the changes they strive to make in their lives. We will work together to accomplish your therapy goals and to give you tools to help empower you to navigate and manage challenges and opportunities.
