My goal in therapy is to support my clients with tapping into their strengths and resilience when faced with life's unexpected circumstances. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with expertise working with adolescents and adults. I have spent most of her professional career helping individuals who have experienced emotional dysregulation, mood swings, anger, relationship issues, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, parenting problems, anxiety, self-esteem and trauma. My counseling style is compassionate, understanding, empathetic and solution focused. Our sessions will be tailored based on your needs/goals utilizing a collaborative approach. I enjoy connecting with people and helping my clients navigate through life's obstacles and past traumas that might have negatively impacted their quality of life.
