Hello, my name is Shanece Herron. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas. I received my Masters degree fro Capella University in 2019 and have had the pleasure of assisting children, teens, and young adults in finding and implementing skills and strategies to cope with some of the sticky situations that life sometimes throws at us. I have experience in assisting with depression, anxiety, anger, concentration & focus (ADHD). I believe in treating everyone with respect sensitivity, and compassion.
My approach to therapy is an integrated approach. I allow my clients to lead sessions, while also working with them to see the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Each treatment plan that is developed will be individualized and tailored to my clients specific needs. Navigating life's difficulties can be tough and I am here to assist in any way that I can.
