I am a Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of leadership experience in the United States Air Force, hospitals, schools, and private counseling. In sessions I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Building rapport with your therapist should happen with your first few sessions. My ability to show compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude will help us work together effectively. I offer practical solutions using a sympathetic, encouraging and gentle approach. I have successfully worked with adults, teens and families throughout my career.
