I attended Texas A&M University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. This is where my interest in mental health and the overall well-being of others began. My masters degree was conferred at Our Lady of the Lake University and during this time I gained experience in private practice. Currently I work in both the psychiatric and private practice setting, and find specific fulfillment in both. When you choose to work with me, therapy is both collaborative and personalized to you. Throughout our time together I will utilize tools from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as I see fit. You can expect compassion and authenticity from me during our time together. I will provide a safe space for us to explore any distress, past traumas and pain, while helping you become resilient.
