I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with eleven years of clinical experience supporting individuals via outpatient therapy, crisis and other community based settings. I believe when engaged in therapy individuals can feel supported, validated and encouraged to overcome or get through anything.

Therapy can help you in relationship issues, being more productive at work, overcoming generational trauma, environmental trauma or just working through feeling unstuck in general. I am trained in several types of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have significant experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and, who are from more diverse backgrounds.
