Whether you are a member of either the Consensual Non-Monogamous (CNM) or LGBTQ+ communities, a young adult coming of age, or just simply want to shed your current façade, your identity is valid and deserves to be explored freely. Your life journey is your own. I'd love to help in your empowerment! I look forward to supporting you, in either individual or relationship-based sessions, as you decide how the next stages of your life will look like. Though I will be bringing clinical and research-based techniques, approaches, and perspectives to our sessions, you will ultimately be in charge of what your goals will be. You are the best expert on what will and will not work for your life. Collaboratively, we will create, implement, and reinforce your self-determined changes that will ultimately lead to the healthier and more authentic life you deserve.
