I am a mental health counselor licensed in New York and I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, anger management, and grief. I also have over five years of experience working exclusively with women of color. Together, we will identify your goals and develop the most supportive and empowering ways to meet your goals. My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, respectful, and holistic. I believe in individualized treatment; as such, I utilize various therapeutic techniques to meet your specific needs and goals.
