Shabana Sheikh is a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Illinois. She completed her masters of science in clinical psychology from Benedictine University. She comes with extensive clinical experience working with a diverse population. Shabana strongly believes in the power of therapeutic relationship and takes a client centered approach to create a safe space for her clients to understand how life experiences including early development, history of trauma and life stressors can have an impact on our ability to maintain healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Shabana promotes the process of authentic self exploration and awareness to make desired changes towards improved quality of life and a sense of empowerment.
