I am a Licensed MFT in California and have been practicing for 24 years. work with a diverse My years of experience has offered me the opportunity to work with a diverse population. My experience includes assisting clients of all ages and from all walks of life. I have worked with young children, adolescents, young adults to seniors.
I use CBT, Trauma Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have worked with clients struggling with trauma, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, addiction, abandonment, and attachment disorder, and parenting issues.
