About

I am a widely experienced clinical social worker trained in traditional psychodynamic approaches, family systems therapy, and well-versed in contemporary practices including CBT, trauma theory, and narrative theory. In addition to my clinical practice, I teach adult and family practice MSW graduate courses which keeps my understanding of theory and practice well-honed and inclusive of contemporary practices. I bring extensive life experience which informs my understanding and empathy for a wide range of life problems. I also believe that a strong philosophical and spiritual foundation helps us to cope better with life's challenges and strengthens psychological treatment.
