These are very challenging times filled with long periods of isolation that make mental health symptoms worse. So many are feeling alone and unsupported. I specialize in a systems approach. I work with you on looking at the whole picture that could be causing your symptoms. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and family systems. I also have training in parenting skills to help parents effectively regain control over their household. I have been working as a therapist for 12 years covering a vast array of mental health needs. Everyone is different and I attune my techniques to best support you on your passage to feeling better. I have experience using CBT, EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, Love and Logic, Motivational Interviewing, ACRA, and DBT. Recovery can be slow at times and having an experienced support along the way can keep the process going. I look forward to working with you towards helping reach potential.
