People are complex; their personal experiences shape their worldview, which is why I do my best to observe the dignity and worth of a person and focus on the importance of human relationships. I emphasize genuineness and empathy within the therapeutic relationship and believe clients’ can access their capacity to change. I engage clients from a Person-Centered perspective and apply evidenced based interventions and research based interventions based on the client’s individualized goals. I have inpatient experience treating adults and outpatient experience treating children and adolescents.
