I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. I am passionate about providing affirmative therapy LGBTQIA+ individuals with specialties in working with CNM/ENM and kink as well. I understand therapy as a collaborative process honoring clients’ lived experiences while opening space for growth and change. I consider clients to be experts in themselves, with my role being to provide support, skills, and accountability. I specialize in the evidence-based practice of CBT and provide trauma-informed care.
