How could your life improve if your mental health was equally as important as work, school, or relationships? Society has indirectly taught us to hide our very real challenges and that somehow we should already have all the answers. When we are sick, we seek medical help from doctors and practitioners. Where can we go when we're not feeling well mentally? Emotionally? I'm Serena Eagan, a fully licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. For the past 13 years, I've partnered with individuals, families, and couples from all backgrounds, ages, and ability levels to help reach desired goals. By using an Integrative approach, pulling from different but complementary theories I'm able to work with my clients most effectively.
