Sepideh has over 10 years of experience in the counseling field. She specializes in the treatment of adult depression, anxiety, stress management, and trauma-related mental health conditions. Many of the clients that she works with are struggling to navigate difficult life transitions, loss, and finding meaning post trauma. She also specializes in working with relationship stressors, mood concerns, feelings of not being good enough, hopelessness, and self-esteem building. Her approach to mental health services are humanistic, holistic, and trauma-informed. She integrates the latest in Psychological studies with Evidence-Based Energy and Mind-Body connection practices. Additionally, she utilizes inner child work and shadow work as models for healing. Her ultimate focus is toward helping her clients to create an empowered, cohesive, and renewed sense of self as they thrive in their everyday life. Earning a Master’s degree in counseling, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology she continued to pursue higher education toward a Ph.D. degree in Psychological studies specializing in Trauma.
