I see a wide range of clients and am most excited about clients who are eager to see positive change in their lives. I usually work with women, young professionals, new mothers, college students, and couples. With me, you will find a safe and welcoming space for you to talk about any topic without judgment. I strive to create an atmosphere of safety, comfort, and authenticity in counseling because I find that it’s often easier to walk the path towards healing when we walk it with someone we trust. I am always interested in finding ways to use the strengths you already have and to collaborate with you.

On a More Personal Note:
I have always been curious about why we believe, think, and act the way that we do and how the people and circumstances in our lives affect us. I became a believer during college and spent several summers and years living working at a Christian outdoor adventure camp. While at camp, my curiosity grew to be intertwined with a deep compassion for every person’s need to seek healing, change, and growth. So I left the camping industry to pursue counseling in order to help other people create lasting and meaningful change in their lives.
