Seher Jangda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Florida native. Seher enjoys working with people from all walks of life, however, she has specialized training and experience in helping trauma survivors as well as victims of domestic violence. She often uses a mindfulness approach in helping her clients overcome stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She is available to work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Seher enjoys reading, cinema, arts and crafts, and trying new foods. She also speaks Urdu!
