We will use a client-centered and strengths-based approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. We will discover natural strengths and work to see them and use them on the surface on a regular basis. I also integrate mindfulness, art therapies, and trauma-informed approaches to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
