Nothing inspires me more than watching others embark on the courageous journey of self-awareness, growth, and change. If you find yourself in a place of needing guidance or support in overcoming obstacles that are holding you back from where you want to be in your life, let’s begin a therapeutic relationship.

My style is compassionate and authentic. I create a warm, safe space and bring a genuine listening ear to each session. I believe in gently challenging clients in
both thoughts and behaviors because I know you're strong enough to handle it. I play an active role in therapy, and you will not be left alone to sort through the things that have been withholding you from inner peace and greatness.

Therapy is not a one size fits all model, and it’d be unfair if I provided services to you through that frame of mind. Therefore, I utilize an integrative approach and pull from several theoretical modalities in order to tailor treatment to each individual's goals and needs. I have assisted individual adults with difficulties related, but not limited to: life transitions, substance abuse, trauma (assault, racial injustice, emotional/verbal/physical abuse), relationships (communication, infidelity), depression, and anxiety.
