HI! If you are exploring Find A Therapist, you are likely struggling with something that has a heavy impact on your life. Talking about these things is hard, and finding someone that you can trust to talk to them about it is really important and hard. I hope to provide some information here to help you decide if I am the right person for you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been practicing Social Work for around 5 years. I have worked a lot with Veterans, Caregivers, and individuals that are 55+. In working, I have experience in working with those that struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Caregiver Burnout, end of life issues and coping with grief. My clients have told me that I am empathetic, non-judgmental and have an easy to connect with personality. I am honest and direct in my approach, but only to be sure that individuals gain the most from therapy. You can expect me to walk with you along your journey, but give you the ownership to maintain your progress.

I can interact with you in whatever you find most comfortable. However, I feel that a video session is the best, and most effective, method for us to get to know each other. I am most available in the evenings and weekends, but check my messages daily during the week.
