Hi! I’m Sean. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Specifically, I provide support and help facilitate growth. Life’s challenges sometimes require assistance. I help people navigate through those challenges and also help them find meaning and purpose. I believe that as humans, we all have the same general needs (to feel loved, valued accepted, etc.). The pursuit of meeting our needs is a common trait that we all share. Our stories are all different, but the experience of being human and navigating through life’s highs, lows, and everything in between is what unites us. We share the same basic needs, but we all have different paths through life. The path you take to find fulfillment won’t be the same as anyone else’s. Your path is unique to you. I help clients identify what they truly want in life. Then, I provide support as they navigate their own unique journey. I’m a proud Colorado Native! As a dedicated husband and father, I like to think that I am at least partially responsible for producing 2 thoughtful, intelligent, loving, and beautiful kids. (My wife deserves most of the credit in those areas.) My kids have taught me more about life than I ever could have imagined. When done correctly, I believe athletics allow us to learn meaningful life lessons in a safe environment. Most weekends you can find me cheering on my kids at their sporting events. I have a passion for creating world-class BBQ and love how good food can bring people together. I have trained in Muay Thai since 2011, which has helped me learn humility, and to appreciate the process of pushing through adversity.
