I believe in making personal care convenient, affordable and wholistic. I meet the clients where they’re at and tailoring therapy to the specific needs of each individual. I will help you recognize the patterns that are causing you distress by helping you to pause, gain perspective, reflect, and examine behaviors that are not serving you well. Using an eclectic approach that includes attachment, psychodynamic, mindfulness, spirituality and other evidence -based approaches, together we will tap into your inner resources.
