I am a licensed psychotherapist who provides a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore distressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, together. Through this process, we can find ways for you to live the way you want to live your life. As a therapist I draw upon proven techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
