My passion to help others reach their mental wellness has grown from my work with survivors of human trafficking, and those struggling with both addictions and mental health. I hold a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and specialize in trauma care, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. I have served for over 9 years in the areas of forensic and clinical psychology. My therapeutic approaches are individually tailored to each clients’ needs. The modality stems from Dialectical, EMDR and Person Centered Therapy.
